Left my car at the priority car park at Luton between 8th May and 12th May and with regards I have to inform you all that they did provided me with a completely rubbish job . I dropped my BMW X6 all in good shape and when picked up back had 5miles extra even though they told me should have more than 1 mile . However the worst thing is that my car had a scratch at the back and another scratch and slightly bent by the look of it on the right side back door!! When picked up my car they rushed me to sign telling me all good with my vehicle . It was nearly mid night so I was not able to see it right away as the car was dirty too but spotted everything 1st thing in the morning. Called them and up to this moment nothing is been done and spoke to Richard ( duty manager) and according to him at the time he will call back but guess what 3 weeks later and nothing still!! I already sorted out my car at my own expenses but people watch out they can damage your car too. Not to mention how hard is to get hold of them!! Completely crap service and if I could I would have rated them minus ten stars!!???????????????????????? avoid them at all cost! Rubbish service . Regards Cristina Sara
