Ant the worst thing of all is that when you go through the gate and down the stairs to bord the aeroplane you are met by locked doors in front of you and 150 people packed into the stairwell behind you with no way out and no staff supervision. I feel that this is a health and safety issue that needs to be addressed before it turns into a tradgerty. I have reported this on meny accessions to your staff, and the reply is. We have a staff shortage. I do hope that this shortage does not cost someone their life.
