I arrived at the allotted time. A ticket was produced at the barrier, and, on the screen was displayed my name to confirm the ticket was for me. I found a parking space within about 45 seconds of entering the car park. I locked up the car, headed for a shuttle bus pick up point, which was only about 25 yards away. I had to wait only about 2 or 3 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive, and, although it had to go to several pick up points around the car park, we were back at the terminal in very good time. On my return, a shuttle bus was awaiting me to alight, and, within a very few minutes we set off back to the car park, where my car was still in the same spot, and I was ready to leave. I found the exit very easily thanks to excellent signage, placed my ticket into the machine, which opened the barrier, and I was off home. Altogether, a very stressless experience. Thank you, and I shall use the service again.
