Bloke that installed them must be blind as 2 of the 6 have been hung incorrectly so you cannot access the mechanism to pull them up or down plus there's a massive 25mm each side on the ones installed properly so the light pours in around the sides and one was broken on install and makes a horrible clacking sound.
Poor workmanship on the installation and the parts feel cheap and nasty, for close to $800 for 2 I should have done the job myself with $50 blinds from bunnings.
Overall rip off and shoddy installation
