We had several companies come to our unit for plantation blinds. We chose Luxaflex as we thought they were good quality compared to the Asian blinds on the market. Did we get that totally wrong. Within 3 months the clips started to break on the brackets. We rarely open our blinds and we don’t have children playing with the blinds. We have had an installer come out at least 7 times as soon as you open the break. The other day all I did was lean against one and the whole bracket fell off. We complained to head office and they said a faulty batch went out in your purchasing period. All they offered were new clips. I round never recommend these blinds to anyone. Better off with the cheaper blinds which have metal brackets instead of plastic.
