The site worked well and the shipping was timely, considering the precautions taken and the delays in all deliveries, currently. The packaging of the products was fantastic and gave the impression of at least some quality, but the brushes themselves left me disappointed. The hair wasn't cut very precisely and the handles on the brushes were curved. I could've forgiven the bristles being a little frayed, bent, or unevenly cut, but to have warped brush handles? That's going to keep me from trusting this brand to deliver at the price they're selling.
