Hello there. I purchased with Luxplus on 13 October (Order number: 4699884) and did not realize that I will be tied up in a contract. In the mean time, I was going though some very difficult time and lots of health issues. I did not realize that I am being charged £8.99 each month for something I did not want. My credit card has already been charged £17.98 so far... This is ridiculous, I did not subscribe to your membership and I DO NOT WANT your membership. Please return my £17.98 to my credit card with immediate effect. If not I will complain to the regulator and sue your company. You can trace my details if look at order details mentioned above.
