I wish I had read these reviews two years ago the one and only time I ordered from Luxplus. Since then they have deducted €8.95 from my account every month for two years. I feel like a complete idiot that I didn’t figure it out until now. But less so now that I read I am not alone—indeed the withdrawing company name is not clear, the amount is small and the timing is often very odd—never the same day and usually in the middle of the night. I am a very organized person and I still did not notice. My husband is in e commerce and he knows all of these tricks and how customers are protected by law. They will be hearing from us via legal channels. In the meantime, adding my review all over the internet. Very underhanded company that needs to go away. Don’t know how these people sleep at night. They clearly think they are better than the hardworking men and women they steal from unscrupulously.
