As some other people has already flagged in the reviews. The company suggest cheaper prices, and when you buy them YOU ARE NOT AWARE that you are signing up for a membership. If you don't know (like I didn't), after 14 days you will be charged for a membership you didn't sign up for. When claiming for this situation, and after cancelling my "supposed" membership when I realised they had charged £9 to my account, their answer was that I had a membership and cancelled too late so that they were not going to refund. That's how they make their money to offer cheaper prices, guys. So don't fall for that. Companies that act in such sneaky and fraudulent ways to the customers should not be allowed to trade (nor exist). I am keen to take legal action against them. So if anyone else can kindly report them to their banks too, we will make enough of a case against them to stop this practice from companies like Luxplus.
