They have been charging my account for 2 years since January 2022. You have charged 250.60 euros. I bought one thing and was unwittingly entered into a subscription. They say I clicked the box, I didn't. It is pre-ticked to purposely trick people. There are hundreds of reviews online stating they do this to hope people don't notice so you can continue to charge them. Well done. 250 euros and 2 years later. 250 euros on washing tablets. I have received no email communication from them in 2 years regarding the membership as actual reputable companies do to let you take advantage of your membership. Luxplus is well aware of how they use these unscrupulous methods as one of the unsubscribe options is "I didn't know I had a membership". Clowns.
