The company that deliver for LVT dropped a large pallet off with my flooring on it,i'm 62yrs of age asked them to bring the flooring into my kitchenwhich was littery 1ft away from the door they would not do it so i was left with a load of flooring outside my back door,had to get the neighbour to bring it in for me,and now i am left with a large pallet in my back yard,also ordered beading 9 pieces 7 where damaged,had to get a refund and having to go out now to buy some more.
