Purchased 6 packs Unico Allora SPC tiles online. Unfortunately I didn't receive order confirmation and had to follow up by phone to receive e-mail confirmation. Similarly, I had to follow up twice to confirm delivery date and eventually after two calls, I received confirmation of delivery date. Staff on phone were courteous and helpful but as they were waiting for tiles to arrive at their premises, they were unable to give accurate delivery information. Tiles were well packaged and in good order. Price was reasonable.
