I ordered laminate flooring from Lvt superstore, my order came a lot sooner than stated which I was very happy about. Unfortunately there was quite a few pieces chipped. I rang the supplier's and informed them about it they were very helpful and said they would replace it. Within a couple of days they replaced the whole order and took the damaged one back. I was very thankful .they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I would definately recommend them and i would order from them again xx
