LycaFly failed to inform me about my Kuwait Airways flight schedule change in Kuwait airport even though Kuwait Airways informed LycaFly well in advance. So I was stranded in Kuwait airport for over 15 hours for no fault of mine & the compensation provided by LycaFly was only £94 which was the flight ticket I had to book from Mumbai to Cochin as I had missed my connecting train from Mumbai to Cochin.
The layover as per my ticket in Kuwait airport was less than 5 hours only.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LYCAFLY. WOULD NEVER BOOK ANY TICKET WITH LYCAFLY. VERY POOR COMPENSATION PROVIDED TO ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
