DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LYCAFLY I booked a flight through Lycafly which was cancelled over 7 weeks ago. I contacted Lycafly who told me that I would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund despite there being a legal requirement to refund within 7 days of a flight cancellation. After 6 weeks I chased my refund up as I had not received it or heard from Lycafly. I asked when I could expect the refund but they refused to give me a date and tried to say that I would have to wait 10 weeks. I now have to issue court proceedings to recover my money.Disgraceful company, poor communication and clearly not willing to operate within the law. There are lots of other negative reviews from other unhappy customers on here and on Trust Pilot
