Started on LyfeFuel Performance Shake b/c nauseousness made it difficult to eat. As I felt stronger, I realized this shake was one of the reasons I felt better. Then I noticed I felt sated with it, and no longer craved carbs like I once did. I enjoy making a smoothie out of it by adding almond milk, ice, and a banana. Tastes like chocolate banana.
