My physio Oliver is very good. But I don’t agree with the way it is run, the whole set up. Forcing people into packages of 6 or 12 treatments with the lure of lower costs. Trying to flog insoles. Needing to give 48 hr notice for cancelling. I have used practitioners in different areas frequently but never came across this.
Needing a physio is a health matter, not a business matter. When my ) sessions are up, I won’t be returning because of this.
