The initial taster session and assessment were very good indeed. However, I have since experienced difficulties with booking reformer Pilates classes due to classes being to capacity. In addition there is not an app; registering online, my account has not uploaded my package deal so it is difficult to, monitor class attendance and fees paid, et cetera
Not sure that I will renew my subscription at this stage
