I received the wrong item. I ordered for a personalised bracelet and a cheap looking ring came in the package. I was hoping to gift it to a friend that just lost her dad, now I had to mail it to her because she has gone back to another country. I was hoping that delivery date was just right in time before she leaves but when I opened the package, I was absolutely disappointed that I was sent the wrong item.
