Very quick delivery of envelope to send phone. Must have been credited the same day they received the phone. Paid what they said on website. The payment was much more than other sites and more than double what O2 were offering. Can't ask much more. One small improvement would be an email or two to say phone received and payment of £x credited as i only found out by checking bank account. Also, your leaflet advises use of recorded delivery but Post Office counter staff said "track 24" and RD weren't mhch different. All recorded delivery means is that someone signs for it but doesn't offer tracking and vice versa for Track 24. I used the freepost option for a phone valued at £63 without problem.
