I bought a small generater in the clearance sale from the Southend branch, unfortunately it had a fault & as this was a discontinued clearance item it couldn't be exchanged, but the staff especially Mike went out of their/his way to source another we could rob the affected parts off.
Really pleased with the level of customer service, it would've been far easier to just offer me a refund.
Would recommend.
