Buying frozen food even what they call gourmet can be hit or miss. I have bought Escargot en brioche more than once, although they need a bit more butter, the appetizer bites are delicious I simply add a dab of butter on top before baking. Perfect. Wild Mushroom tarts a winner as are corn fritters, stuffed artichokes -good. I will try other products in the future. Many items sure you could do yourself -and the cheeses sold in every supermarket but for beautiful appetizers for a party and t if you have the money this company is worth a try. Everyone has their own criteria - I like this company.
