The oven heating directions for 2 stuffed turkey roasts were completely incorrect. I followed the directions carefully. Both roasts were frozen and arrived in the mail on time and completely frozen. I followed directions and took them out of my freezer and put them into my refrigerator overnight but they were still frozen when took them out of the refrigerator. So I let them sit at room temperature for 4 hours before I put them in the oven at 375 degrees per the directions. The directions called for roasting the roulades for 58-60 minutes. It took much longer than that--almost 90 minutes to reach the required temperature of 165Fdegrees. So the extra time in the oven delayed Thanksgiving dinner, which was not great! But, they were delicious, served with the turkey gravey I ordered from Mackenzie.
