I had received a Mackenzie catalog in the mail. I ordered several items which we enjoyed. The AuGratin potatoes did not meet our expectations as described. I baked them for the total amount of time and still came out cold and hard. Added another 1/2 hour, still a bit better but still hard potatoes. Other wise the other items ordered were wonderful. I have referred many of my friends to Mackenzie.
