Mackenzie doe not stand behind their product. Ordered a gift meal for two. Pie was crushed and stale. Meat prepared per instructions was dried out and unable to be eaten. Sides tasted off. Reported issues to them and was offered 20% off next purchase. Why would I order again after this bad experience? Asked for 50% refund but they refused. They should have offered to replace the meal or refunded the cost. This is not how you take care of your customers. I Was actually planning to try their food since it looked so good on the site. Sorry Mackenzie, you failed and lost what would have been a good, loyal customer.
