We had a “glitch” in our order. The wonderful Granny Smith Apple Coffee Cake we ordered early for a Christmas gift wound up traveling the country like a vagabond. It was hiding under the bench in the back of the delivery truck. Like a Christmas story of the forgotten present on Christmas Day! Well one phone call to customer service at Mackenzie Limited, and the search was on the way! With keen technological advantages, my customer service representative identified my package half a nation away-seeing the sites! She immediately ordered a duplicate delicious coffee cake to be sent to the address originally chosen (my 92 year old aunt) and Truely it arrived just 3 days later IN time for Christmas! Holiday Saved!!! Thank you Mackenzie Limited. And the wayward granny cake? It too arrived a few days later. Let them all eat cake!! Mike S
