I registered for two separate orders. One to Rocklin, CA and the second to Oxnard, CA. The Rocklin order arrived on time and with an email for tracking. The Oxnard order got lost in processing. Never got an email showing it was enroute or a follow-up to my email inquiring on its whereabouts. My niece finally texted me that she got the tin of cookies which was about 2-3 days after I sent an email to you all about the status of the 2nd order. I actually have been thinking that I am going to start doing business for the holidays with companies based in California and stop suppoirting those in other states.
