Good Morning,
We typically send four Christmas Gifts to the family. Last year two of the four told me that the product quality was below standard (crumbled cookies, stale product). So this year we did other gifts and ordered two gifts from Mackenzie. One out of the two told us the product was awful - the cookies were old and broken on arrival. Unfortunately, your Holiday gifts look amazing in the magazine however what we are seeing is a less than acceptable product which is made worse with the price we pay. Not sure what next year holds.
