Unfortunately, my most recent order of beef wellington was a huge disappointment. The beef was gray in color, and cooked at the minimum recommended time, was still well done. There was virtually no mushroom puree and the overall flavor was bland. I do not recommend this purchase. However, the twice baked potatoes were fine.
