The Scottish smoked salmon came well cooled and packaged. It was buttery and wonderful. We enjoyed the 1 lb with mayo, capers, copped eggs and red ones at Christmas. The 4 oz packages freeze well and come in handy for a healthy snack or appetizer for 2.
