Ordered the large gingerbread home and tree as a xmas present for a special grandchild. Never received. Called after xmas and the order hadn't even been sent. Had the same experience several years ago... placed an order that never got sent. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't do this a third time. Bye bye Mackenzie for good. 😡
