Recently found a used fiesta for son for first car. Dean salesman made a video where he told us it would be checked in workshop and the timing belt would be done no worries. Still have video. Dean said he'd be in touch the weekend no communication from him. Husband phoned Sunday to be told he was busy. He phoned Monday to tell us timing belt would not be done. Husband wanted to speak to someone above him. Phone call ended Dean took the reserve off and put if back on Forcourt without speaking to us. Don't even know if deposit has been refunded.
