Excellent quality and service! My husband is delighted with his Voyager bag, bought for a present for a holiday trip. It's a beautiful rich colour [brown], really nice leather and well made. I was also sent a free messenger bag as a gift. In terms of service they couldn't have been more helpful. It was easy to order. I was helped to pre-order through online chat as my choice of colour was briefly out of stock and the bag arrived before expected! The company were supportive, friendly and informative throughout. How nice that a small company can do better than Amazon! Excellent all round!
