When I made my initial order the colour I chose was not available, I was contacted very quickly to discuss alternatives. Majorie was a delight to chat to about the product. Unfortunately there was then another delay in shipping but again Marjorie was very quick to respond to my query and assured me my order was being processed and would be shipped shortly. My Tuscany bag did take 3 months from order date to delivery date but it was worth the wait. My bag came securely packaged in perfect condition. The colour and feel of the bag is amazing and Marjorie even sent some Tuscany Leather Waterstop. I have had several comments on my bag.
