I am having exactly the same issue as several other reviewers. I ordered a bag - the money was charged to my VISA - and now after countless emails they are just giving me the runaround. I am getting the same 'canned email responses as well" saying they are a small company and will follow up --- but no one seems to follow up!!! No one seems to know where the bag is or tell me when it is even scheduled to be shipped. Be very wary of this company. I am dealing with VISA on this and hope to have this matter resolved by registering a dispute. No company deserves to be in business if they take your money up front and then have no idea where your item is! Its either a scam or a very poorly run company!
