They deserve zero stars. We have four subscriptions with them. One magazine stopped producing after two issues. Magazines direct informed us we would receive a refund within 30 days of their email notifying us of the ceasing of that magazine. The 30 days expired three weeks ago. Magazines Direct won't respond to emails about providing the refund. For our other three subscriptions we are owed multiple magazines for each of them which were not delivered over the past four months. Magazines Direct have twice promised their delivery and still we have not received any one of them. If Magazines Direct don't resolve these issues with us in the next few days, we are going to refer them to Which and seek advice as to which trading investigator Magazines Direct's conduct should be referred to. They give every indication of being unable to meet their subscriber commitments.
