I ordered the subscription for a xmas present and ticked the box when selecting the magazine, this did not then show on the invoice so I am concerned the magazine will be sent to recipient prior to xmas. I tried to call on 3 occasions and waited for over 10 minutes each time before hanging up feeling frustrated. I have also emailed twice and received no response.
