I ordered three magazine subscriptions, one I have yet to receive a confirmation email from and the other two I have had to ring because of incorrect timings. The Classic Motorcycle I expected to start straight away and they weren't going to send it until after Christmas. The Marie Claire magazine was the reverse and they are sending it out in early December when it was meant to be a Christmas present and they are unable to change this. I made the timings very clear to your colleague and she even read them back to me correctly. So I am having to give you a poor rating.
