I ordered and paid an extra 9:90 for the Oct & Nov issues on 13th Oct hoping it would reach my son's birthday on 23rd Oct with. the annual subscription being a birthday present how wrong I was in believing this would happen!! after 4phone calls a copy eventually arrived in November ! not at a 'll impressed with this service and it ruined the surprise it was supposed to be on the actual day...
