I am sorry to say that I will not be using magazine subscriptions again. I placed an order from the Christmas Page on the 12th Novembver for a Christmas gift only to receive an order confirmation to say that the 1st edition of the subscription would be despatched in 4 weeks. I then tried to ring to say that it was a christmas gift and didnt want the 1st edition to be despatched until Jan 2014. I was unable to get through to anyone who would help me for the next 2 weeks. Eventually at young man at Hearst Magazines said that he would get the 1st edition delivered to myself so that I could wrap and give as the gift and the next 11 issues would be delivered to my daughters boyfriend who the gift was for. I must say I havent received the 1st edition yet and dont hold out much hope that I will. I thought a magazine subscription to Esquire Magazine would be a great gift for my daughters boyfriend as I had previously brought a subscription last year to Cosmo for my daughter but using Magazine Subsriptions this time was a big mistake. Would not use them again.
