The worst customer service we have experienced from any Magento developer. After purchasing a $600 extension, it did not meet our needs. We were confident in this purchase because of their 45 day refund policy.
They did not honor their policy, and after seven requests, I finally gave up. Absolutely the worst Magento developer that we have encountered.
