Untrustworthy, unhelpful and useless product!
Our business purchased a plug-in for $500 on the basis that MadeDelight advertise a money back guarantee on their site. The plug-in proved unsuitable for our website, and we requested our money back.
It took one month for MageDelight to reply, this was only after a chaser email was sent, the answer received was they wouldn't process the refund. So what happened to their 45 day money back pledge?
I have since written to their CEO, no surprise, no reply!
