The lady who arranged the contract with me was friendly and helpful. However, after my boxes had been delivered, I received a call from another member of staff who simply told me to transfer more money over the phone, without explaining what the extra charges were for. Rude and highly unprofessional. This exchange completely altered my experience as a customer at Magenta and, unlike indicated in a previous review, I would not recommend it anymore to friends looking for storage facilities in Oxford.
