Buying 'magic' tricks over the internet can be a 'hit and miss' affair. Thats why I was pleased to discover MOM some two years ago, since when I have made a series of trouble free purchases.
On the one occasion when a product fell short of my expectations, I was told not to worry as staff cheerfully set about arranging a replacement which arrived without fuss.
After sales service like this is the yardstick by which I judge a retailer and I have been most impressed. MOM clearly values its customers and for that reason, I give it 10/10.
