Of all the things I value from MoM it is the personal service that is always available over the phone or by email. I have been able to talk freely over aspects of many of their wares and now trust their advice. The MoM team has always put their considerable expertise at my disposal. There are no pre-recorded skin-crawling over-the-top customer-crawling thanks, just honest businessmen who know their craft. I have been using MoM for many years and have always valued their prompt and efficient ordering system, wish list, etc. With a change of my email address, I started having difficulty signing in and was in danger of losing the credit I had accrued from my past purchases. A simple email had the problem sorted and it is back to high level business as usual. All in all, I am a very happy customer! Colin.
