Do not under any circumstances use this builder. Dimmy (Eldimer Pereira) Magma builders are unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest, and very irresponsible. He is a rogue trader and has now left our property with several things outstanding from building control with builder’s waste everywhere. It was clear he didn't know what he was doing in several areas. He is not gas safe, he is not a qualified electrician, and it turns out he does not have any staff members that have these qualifications. None of his workers are skilled or qualified tradesman and the workman ship was poor in every area. The finish of their work is appalling, and they are extremely messy and do not clean up after themselves. If has done electrical or gas work for you in the past or present I suggest you get it checked by professionals and he hasn’t got a clue what he’s doing. He is very aggressive and has upset several of our neighbours with his extremely rude manner and tone. He lies and is not trustworthy.
