Got very poor service from Magnet
Got very poor service from Magnet, Brixton. The staff member who prepared the plans took no account of critical issues with the design of my kitchen, and talked me out of what I asked for. I was swept along by the script, and when I got home I found what she'd proposed was impossible, for reasons I explained at the beginning. When I phoned to discuss this, she said I must pay a £300 deposit before she would address the issues. Any company who treats me in the way I was treated by Magnet Brixton, isn't in my opinion, to be trusted. This isn't customer service. In my opinion, this is a very sharp-nosed operation that I think you need to be wary of.
