I was disappointed and concerned when I was unable to reach anyone between Christmas and New Year's Day. We had used up our two rolls and wanted 2 more quickly, hoping to get some from the same batch number. As soon as I got through to the shop, I received great help in placing my order, even requesting paper from the same batch as our first rolls. Our job is completed now and looks great! Thanks!
