Treats it’s customers with contempt. Late delivery without explanation. 45 min wait to reach customer services. Promised delivery and call back. Neither have occurred. No response to email enquiry. Order placed in good time before Christmas - they cannot be surprised to be busy at this time of year. Very poor.
