I really can't fault the experience in any way - communication was professional, prompt and clear, and the delivery of my love seat was arranged only 2 days after I placed the order by the friendliest delivery team I have ever met! Well worth the money for such a high quality piece of furniture and brilliant customer service from start to finish.
